We listened, we challenged, and we delivered above and beyond the original brief — from branding and strategy to execution and optimisation. We believe that your brand is now in a significantly stronger position to raise awareness, build customer trust, and grow revenue.
Now, there's just one final (and crucial) step to honour the terms of your agreement: activating the Good Karma Clause.

It’s simple: we deliver extraordinary value. You share your experience. Everyone wins.
What You Get vs. What It Costs
This will take approximately 20 minutes of your time. That’s it.
In return, you receive a discount worth thousands of euros on your project. It represents a huge return for a few minutes of genuine feedback and a backlink.
We’re doing this to build social proof. You’ve already said you’re happy with the work. We just need you to say it publicly. Your testimonial isn’t only a formality – it's a massive help to a small, independent Irish agency that gave you months of value.
What You Signed:
The Good Karma Clause (Summary)
As per your signed agreement (see Clause B.2 of your contract), you were offered a promotional discount of €15,000, reducing your total project cost.
This discount was conditional upon the following:
Posting public-facing testimonials on key platforms (see instructions below)
Adding a footer tag to your website linking to: www.urbanbrandcreative.com
Completing both steps before handover or website launch
If these conditions are not met within 7 calendar days of this notice, we are required to issue a final invoice for the balance.

Keep it real. Be positive. Speak in your voice.
Important: Before posting anything publicly, please send us your testimonial drafts for a quick review. We reserve the right to approve testimonials under Clause B.2 to ensure alignment with brand messaging and platform guidelines. We may suggest light edits to strengthen the impact and avoid content being flagged or removed.

Step 1: Draft your testimonials using the talking points above. Be original. Don’t paste the same review on multiple platforms or it may get flagged.

Full Good Karma Clause (As Signed in Clause B.2 of Your Contract)

Urban Brand Creative offers a €xxx discount on the project, reducing the cost to €xxx, subject to the following conditions:
Compliance Obligations:
Testimonial Submission: The client is required to submit live, public-facing positive testimonials on specified digital platforms. The platforms include Google Reviews, Trustpilot, Facebook Business Page, LinkedIn, and Bark. Each testimonial must be verifiably visible to the public. Attempts to post or incomplete postings that are not publicly accessible do not fulfil this obligation.
Website Tagging: The client must implement a footer tag on their primary website, which includes a hyperlink to www.urbanbrandcreative.com
Timeframe for Compliance: All obligations under the Good Karma Business Clause must be fulfilled before the handover of the project outputs or the website launch, as specified in the project timeline detailed in Section 1 'Service Contract' of this Agreement.
Approval: Testimonials must be verifiably visible to the public. Urban Brand Creative reserves the right to approve testimonials to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
Consequences of Non-Compliance:
Failure to meet these requirements within the specified timeframe shall result in the forfeiture of the promotional discount. In such an event, the client shall be liable for the payment of the full contract value of €xxx.
This condition is intended to ensure the fulfilment of mutual benefits under the terms of this Agreement and to maintain the integrity of the promotional partnership with Urban Brand Creative Ltd.
Acknowledgement and Governing Law:
By signing this Agreement, the client explicitly acknowledges and agrees to these terms. The enforceability of this clause shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
