The Teach Ruadh Foundation

Built from loss. Driven by purpose. Designed to help those who help others.

In late 2022, our founders Keith and his partner Sinead lost their infant son, Ruadhán.

During those darkest days, they encountered extraordinary people — nurses, volunteers, doctors, community leaders — who met them with care, integrity, and quiet strength. The kind of people who serve, quietly and powerfully, every day.

And so, the Teach Ruadh Foundation was born.

This foundation is for them.
For you.
For every organisation that shows up for others — and deserves to grow.

The Teach Ruadh Foundation offers €50,000 a year in matched creative and strategic services — helping selected charities, nonprofits, and community initiatives double their working budget to build world-class brand, digital, and campaign assets.

If your organisation can commit €5,000–€15,000, we match it — euro for euro — with high-impact services from our award-winning team.

Powered by Urban Brand Creative, this is your chance to access the same expertise trusted by global brands, scaling startups, and now, purpose-led organisations like yours.

“Keith form Urban Brand Creative ran a 'Build your own website' training session for the non-profit sector as part of the We Act Storytelling Series.

He was a brilliant advocate for the importance of a good website, he expertly guided our attendees through the basics of building a Squarespace site, and he held an engaging Q&A that catered to all skill levels.

The feedback for his session was excellent, our attendees spoke so highly of his training, and over 90% said they would attempt building their own website after the session.”

We don’t offer handouts — we build growth engines.

When you commit €5,000–€15,000, we match it with equivalent services — effectively doubling your budget and giving you access to premium branding, web, and digital strategy work without compromise.

Brand strategy, identity, and voice

Website design, development, and launch

Social media design and communications planning

Strategic support to help you attract donations, sponsorship, and visibility

This isn’t a token partnership.

You’re not getting templated design or junior help.

You’re getting a high-performing business growth collaboration that treats your mission like a business — with ambition, urgency, and results.

Why this matters

Orange shield with check mark and arrows indicating growth or progress.

Most charities operate with heart — but not always with budget, bandwidth, or access to top-tier support.

That’s where we come in.

Urban Brand Creative has spent nearly a decade building brands that grow fast and last. With over 100 five-star reviews, a portfolio of global success stories, and an in-house team of senior specialists, we know how to turn clarity into growth.

Through the Teach Ruadh Foundation, we give that same power to teams doing life-changing work — helping you scale your voice, sharpen your message, and increase the support you deserve.

We help mission-driven teams get the kind of support usually reserved for big-budget brands. And we do it because we believe your work deserves the same shot at success.

Who is this for?

We partner with organisations that are:

Clear on their goals and impact

Ready to begin within 4–6 weeks

Aligned internally, with decision-makers in place

Prepared to move quickly and collaboratively

This isn’t for organisations still “figuring things out.”
We serve teams ready to act — and amplify.

Teach Ruadh Foundation FAQs

Still have questions? These answers will help you decide if we’re the right match — and if the timing’s right.

About the foundation

  • The Teach Ruadh Foundation is Urban Brand Creative’s philanthropic initiative, created in memory of Keith and Sinead’s son Ruadhán. We donate €50,000 worth of creative and digital services each year to registered charities, nonprofits, and community-led initiatives that are ready to make a real impact.

  • After losing their infant son in 2022, Keith and Sinead were deeply moved by the support of frontline professionals and volunteers. This foundation is how they give back — by helping others who help others.

  • No. This is not a registered charity. It’s a matched-funding support program provided by Urban Brand Creative. We do not accept donations or operate as a grant-giving body.

What we offer

  • We offer creative and strategic services including branding, rebranding, website design and development, digital strategy, campaign development, and communication support. If it improves your visibility and reach, it’s likely in scope.

  • No — it’s matched funding. You need to contribute a minimum of €5,000. We match that in kind, and often go further. We believe in mutual commitment.

  • Most projects receive between €5,000 and €15,000 worth of services. In exceptional cases, we may allocate more — but only when there’s alignment, urgency, and clear deliverables.

Who it’s for

    • Registered charities or nonprofits with clear governance.

    • Community organisations with a public mission.

    • Social enterprises or impact-led groups doing meaningful, measurable work.

    • Early-stage groups with no funding or internal alignment.

    • Organisations still in “idea mode” or building consensus.

    • Anyone seeking vague consultancy, unpaid brainstorming, or speculative proposals.

  • You’re not ready. We don’t do scoping or discovery for applicants who are still figuring things out. Come back when you know what you want.

  • Applications require internal budget sign-off. No exceptions.

Application process

  •  Most projects run 60-90 days depending on scope. You’ll need to have your content and decision-makers ready.

    • Timely communication and approvals.

    • Internal team alignment.

    • A testimonial, case study approval, and a footer credit linking to TRF.

    • Respect for boundaries and scope. We’re donating our time — not our IP or our weekends.

  • Not by default. If additional services are required post-launch, they’ll be scoped and priced as normal UBC engagements.

  • Yes — but only after you’ve been approved through the TRF process. We can provide supporting documentation for funding agencies or boards once alignment is confirmed.

Ethos + transparency

  • Because it matters. We lost our son. We wanted to do something that wasn’t about performative CSR or tax deductions — but about helping others do good work.

  • No. Just standards. We don’t want our time wasted. You’ll get the same quality, professionalism, and results as our paying clients — but we expect the same respect, readiness, and collaboration in return.
