Keith Bradshaw to Speak at Digital Velocity 2026

Urban Brand Creative founder Keith Bradshaw will join the speaker line-up at Digital Velocity 2026, taking place in Dublin on 10 September 2026.

Hosted by Digital Business Ireland, the event brings together business leaders, digital specialists and growth practitioners to explore the forces shaping the next stage of digital business — from AI and customer experience to global growth, trust and commercial performance.

Keith will take part in the panel discussion “Backing Ambition — Digital Growth, Global Reach and Trusted Customer Experience.”

The invitation follows Urban Brand Creative’s success at the 2026 Digital Business Ireland National Digital Awards, where UBC’s work for The Coombe Women & Infants University Hospital won National Website of the Year and Most Trusted Website of the Year.

For UBC, the timing is useful because it reflects a wider challenge many businesses are facing now: digital growth has never had more tools behind it, yet many organisations feel less certain about what to prioritise.

1. More technology has not necessarily created better decisions

Since COVID, businesses have been operating through almost continuous disruption. Customer behaviour changed, digital adoption accelerated, platforms multiplied, acquisition became more complex, and AI has now added another major layer of change.

The instinctive response has often been to add more: more channels, more software, more content, more campaigns, more data. But more activity does not automatically produce better growth.

Urban Brand Creative takes a simpler view: less, but better. Start small. Think big. Build what matters, then scale what works.

2. The real risk is losing independent judgment

Most ambitious businesses do not suffer from a shortage of information. In many cases, the opposite is true.

Every platform produces another dataset. Every specialist recommends another tactic. AI can now generate a confident-looking answer to almost any business question in seconds.

That is powerful, but it also creates a risk. When tools begin doing more of the analysis, businesses can gradually outsource the harder part: judgment.

AI should accelerate thinking, not replace it. The most useful question is still a simple one: what problem are we actually trying to solve?

3. Growth is a system, not a collection of channels

A business does not become stronger simply because it has added Meta Ads, TikTok, SEO, automation or a new website.

Any of those things may be useful, but only if they connect to a clear commercial objective.

Urban Brand Creative increasingly approaches growth as a connected system, where positioning, brand, customer experience, digital infrastructure, sales tools, content and marketing work together rather than as isolated outputs. That reflects UBC’s wider positioning as a strategic growth partner building growth infrastructure, not simply delivering disconnected assets.

Sometimes growth does require adding something new. Just as often, it comes from removing friction, reducing complexity and concentrating effort where it can actually move the business forward.

4. Trust matters more as automation increases

There is another consequence of acceleration: as customer journeys become more automated, trust becomes more valuable, not less.

That principle was central to UBC’s work with The Coombe, where the project was recognised as both National Website of the Year and Most Trusted Website of the Year.

The lesson was not that trust comes from adding more technology. It comes from reducing complexity, improving accessibility, creating clearer journeys and designing digital infrastructure around the needs of real people.

5. Start small. Work big.

Ambition does not mean doing everything at once.

Often, the strongest growth strategy is to identify the highest-value problem, solve it properly, learn from the result and expand from there.

That means being comfortable saying no to distractions, using technology deliberately rather than reactively, and retaining enough independent judgment to know when the fashionable answer is not the right one.

That is the perspective Urban Brand Creative will bring to Digital Velocity 2026: not how to be everywhere, but how to know where you actually need to be.
