We delivered a full digital growth system—restructuring the Shopify eCommerce platform, launching a consistent content and social media engine, producing high-volume photography and video assets, and developing new revenue pathways including whiskey experiences, email capture, and private venue hire.

Urban Brand Creative restructured The Whiskey Reserve across eCommerce, digital, and in-venue experience—bringing clarity to how customers discover, navigate, and purchase. Through menu engineering and the development of a comprehensive “Whiskey Bible,” the space became easier to engage with, increasing customer confidence and supporting higher-value transactions.
Product architecture was rebuilt across both retail and experiences—introducing structured listings, tasting notes, and clear pathways for whiskey flights that previously lacked consistency or visibility online.
In parallel, new revenue pathways were established across experiences, private venue hire, and email-led retention—expanding the business beyond walk-in trade into a more structured, multi-channel commercial model.
Challenge
The Whiskey Reserve launched as a high-value, experience-led venue with a unique proposition—combining retail, hospitality, and one of Europe’s largest private whiskey collections. However, translating that ambition into a clear, commercially effective customer journey across eCommerce, digital channels, and in-venue experience required delivery of structure, consistency, and dedicated growth systems.
Research & Discovery
A deep strategic review was conducted—analysing premium hospitality and whiskey-led venues across Ireland, the UK, North America, and Australia. This included competitor benchmarking, social media listening, and customer behaviour analysis to understand how high-value collections are presented, navigated, and monetised.
This insight informed both digital and in-venue decisions—from eCommerce structure and content strategy to floor layout, signage, and customer flow—ensuring a consistent, intuitive experience across every touchpoint.
Brand System
An existing brand foundation was carried through and applied consistently across all touchpoints—bringing it to life across menus, the “Whiskey Bible,” digital assets, social content, and in-venue point-of-sale. This created a more cohesive, premium brand experience both online and in-store.
Art Direction
Premium art direction brought the venue to life through high-end photography—capturing bottles, cocktails, interiors, and atmosphere. The work was designed to create desire, build FOMO, and make people want to be there—positioning the space as a high-end whiskey experience, not just a retail store.
Visual Storytelling
The brand and art direction were translated into a consistent stream of premium, aspirational content—showcasing the space, the experience, and the product in a way that felt inviting, high-end, and culturally relevant. The result positioned the venue as a must-visit destination, not just a place to browse or buy.
Responsive Design
The existing platform was restructured to better support discovery, navigation, and conversion—introducing clearer product categorisation, improved integration with booking systems, and a more intuitive user experience across devices.
Key revenue drivers, including whiskey flights and curated collections, were given greater visibility and structure, supported by enhanced content, regional categorisation, and SEO improvements to increase accessibility and search performance.
